As Soho’s neighborhood & real estate expert, I constantly look online for new listings in the ‘hood.  Two days ago sales launched for two new construction projects in the neighborhood – 565 Broome Street at 42 Crosby Street.

565 Broome Street is in the “West Soho” region and will have similar amenities to 70 Charlton:  Bike Room, Children’s Playroom, Cold Storage, Concierge, Gym, Parking, Swimming Pool, Storage For Purchase, Roof Deck & Terrace.

42 Crosby is outside of the Soho historic district but in a more central location.  Amenities are more limited since its a boutique condo building with a Doorman, Cold Storage, Parking, Storage For Purchase and a Terrace.
