Patagonia Provisions’ Unbroken Ground Film to Premiere in SoHo TOMORROW!
Patagonia Provisions will release Unbroken Ground – a 25-minute film that explores the critical role food plays in finding solutions to the environmental crisis. The premiere will take place at Patagonia SoHo (72 Greene St) on Wednesday, June 22nd @ 7:00pm.
The vast majority of our food is produced using methods that reduce biodiversity, decimate soil and contribute to climate change. Patagonia Provisions believes that food can and should be be grown, harvested and produced in ways that restore the land, water, wildlife and human health. Directed by Chris Malloy of Farm League, Unbroken Ground tells the story of four pioneering groups – and the people behind them – leading the way with regenerative agriculture, restorative grazing, new crop development and selective-harvest fishing.
The evening will include a screening of the 25-minute film followed by a panel discussion with Patagonia Provisions director Birgit Cameron, film director Chris Malloy, The Bread Lab’s Steve Jones and Chef Blaine Wetzel.
A unique menu of Smoked Pink Salmon Bagel Chip, Sockeye Salmon Summer Rolls, Black Bean Tostada and Fruit + Almond Dessert Bites will be served by chef Christina Tobias at the event.
